• Users receive personal secure storage buckets for files.
• Files can be shared with permissions (read, edit, download).
• All files are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
• Users are responsible for compliance with copyright and applicable laws.
• We may remove content that violates policies or legal requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Oeses for illegal activities, malware distribution, harassment, or infringing others’ rights. You are fully responsible for all content uploaded, shared, or stored.

5. Privacy & Data Collection

• User information: Name, email, phone, account preferences.
• File data: File names, metadata, sharing settings.
• Usage data: IP, browser, device info, activity logs.
• Cookies & tracking: Analytics, personalization.
• Location data if enabled, for performance & sharing features.

6. User Rights & Data Management

• Access, update, download, or delete personal data.
• Manage uploaded files, sharing permissions, and bucket settings.
• Request account deletion and data export.
• Withdraw consent where applicable under privacy laws.

• Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) encouraged.
• Regular monitoring, intrusion detection, and audits.

8. Intellectual Property

Oeses owns or licenses all content, software, and services. Users retain ownership of uploaded files but grant Oeses a limited license to operate, store, and share files as per your settings.

Personal and file data are retained as needed for service delivery or legal compliance. Inactive or deleted accounts’ data may be purged periodically.

10. Sharing & Third Parties

• Trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, and payments.
